Over the years, we have noticed many patients losing dental insurance benefits due to retirement or loss of coverage at work, and we have also seen self-employed patients unable to afford coverage. Maintaining the dental health of all the DCD family is important to us. We set up the Prepaid Dental Benefits Plan to reduce the cost of routine maintenance and treatment for our patients and their families to ensure continuous optimal dental health!
*The Plan is offered to all patients of Decatur Comprehensive Dentistry, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other dental plans or benefits. The benefits of the plan can only be used at DCD.
*Coverage is in effect for one calendar year and begins when membership is paid in full. Appointment times are limited and it is the responsibility of the member to schedule appointments.
